EXPLAINED SIMPLY

What you should know

Your account starts out private. You choose if your TalentCard goes live. You can change that choice later. Think about which details you want to share before you post a public page.

We need your email to help you sign in. A password keeps the account safe. We do not keep that password as plain text. We ask for more data only when a tool needs it for a clear task.

When you send a note to a public profile, the owner sees your name, email and text. Do not include private facts that are not needed for your question. We use a safe form so the owner can reply.

If you pay, a payment firm may handle card data. We do not store the full card number. We may keep order details and bills when the law requires it. You can ask to see your data or use the tools in your account.

GUIDE TO THE SERVICE

Practical guidance for your next step

Read a profile carefully before you publish it. A public page can be copied or saved by an outside service. Removing the original page does not remove every outside copy at once. That is why we encourage you to use a general work region rather than a home address. Your public career information should be limited to what a reader needs to understand your professional skills.
